Inspections

• Presence, identification, and positioning of the labels on all 3 faces.

• Marking of the lid. Presence and verification of the marking of the top cover. It is recommended to use laser marking instead of mechanical.

• Load status viewer. Presence of the display of the state of charge and analysis of the color control.

• 2D code. Barcode and/or data matrix is verified. Correct positioning, readability, and integrity of the code. Optional: verification of the absence of duplication of the 2D code for all products in a period of 1 year in the Database.

• Presence and correct insertion of the two ends of each handle.

• Quality control of the terminals, damage detection, sparks, chipping, and deformations. Degree of the brightness of the terminal (aesthetic). Borne marking. Presence and verification of the upper marking of the terminal.

• Filling caps. Presence and placement of filling caps.
