Background
Millimed Co., Ltd. is a licensed manufacturer and supplier of drugs, food supplements, and cosmeceuticals under its own brand and a contracted manufacturer for other suppliers. Every Millimed product is manufactured under the supervision of registered manufacturing pharmacists strictly in compliance with GMP, WHO, and Thai FDA standards, hence fully observe all of the pertaining domestic and international laws and regulations.
Situation
Millimed has expanded the product line and looking for date printer for Powder for Oral Solution Packaging. Automatic 4 Lanes Sachet Machine with a date printer who is their target. Millimed initially applied simple, 3 lines, eight to ten character Lot. No./Exp. Date/Mfg. Date codes to packages of powder for oral solution. Millimed decided to opt Continuous Ink Jet Printing with a traverse system and looked to PT Asia to specify the right solution for their needs.
Solution
PT Asia recommended Linx 7900 CIJ printers for applying the new code across of the powder for oral solution packaging. As well as having the flexibility to apply the new codes to all of the packaging types, the printers have brought additional advantages to the company and less investment for this project. Coding errors have reduced as the codes are programmed into the printers and only a few fields can be changed.

About the LINX 7900
